Underwater Sea Walk
Walking underwater is a unique excursion, not to be missed during your visit to Mauritius. An activity for everyone!

Enjoy a safe and interesting underwater walk in the seabed of 3 to 4 meters and observe the beautiful marine life of Mauritius, wonderful wildlife, corals and a wide variety of fish in their natural habitat.
Qualified guides will always be by your side to make sure you have a safe fun. This is a great opportunity to experience the underwater world and make your dreams come true. Walking underwater doesn’t require swimming or diving, and since your head stays completely dry, you can even wear glasses or contact lenses. The tour begins with a motorboat transfer to the platform location at Grand; the north of the island. Once you arrive on the platform, you will receive a briefing on the experience you will have, the equipment, the local marine life, the safety measures and the course underwater. Then, with the help of the skipper, you will leave the platform and begin the underwater hiking adventure.

A spacesuit – a helmet with a transparent visor is placed on your head. Special equipment allows you to breathe normally underwater. Qualified guides will always be by your side to make sure you have a safe fun. Mauritius Botanical Garden
The Mauritius Botanical Garden is known throughout the world for its large collection of indigenous and exotic plants, including the giant Victoria Amazonica water lilies and many species of palm trees. There is 60-acres garden boasts of 500 different spices of plants, of which 80 palms.
Of particular interest is the Talipot Palms which dies after a one and only flowering. Deer and tortoises will delight children, while an old French mansion this Chateau Mon Plaisir, and the old sugar mill picture the rich historical past of Mauritius.
Visit and Tour of Port Louis
Port-Louis offers a glimpse of how Mauritius was years back with its stone cobblestones and very old buildings that tell its story. Right off the main square you can stroll besides the palm-lined Place d’Armes. You can see some wonderful French colonial buildings, especially the Government House and the Municipal Theatre. Another place to visit is the Port Louis Central Market – the market is a fun place to visit and the perfect place to find locally made goods, textiles, spices, Mauritian fruits and souvenirs at very low prices. During your free time, you can walk through the streets of the city and see several sites such as Anglican and Catholic Cathedrals, the city’s main mosque, Chinatown, the Supreme Court house, the 18th century barracks and the Museum of Natural History (free entry).
