Helipads can be found all over Mauritius, usually in the secure grounds of a hotel or estate. Please keep in mind that some helipads charge a landing fee, which varies. In this case, you will be responsible for the helipad operator’s landing fees. The landing fees must pay direct at the helipad on the day of the flight. If your hotel or place of stay does not have a helipad, we can provide a transfer to the nearest helipad for an extra fee.

Transportation & Driver Details

This package includes a helicopter transfer from or to airport. If your hotel or place of stay does not have a helipad, Expedition Tour may be able to provide a transfer to the nearest airport (for an extra fee). In this case, you will also have to pay an extra fee to cover the landing fees charged by the helipad operator.

Luggage Transfers

In the event that your luggage exceeds the luggage limitations listed below. Expedition Tour can provide a luggage land transfer in a dedicated vehicle from the airport to your place of accommodation:

1 – 2 passengers: 2 suitcases (maximum 23 kg each) + 2 hand luggage.
3 – 4 passengers: 1 hand luggage per person

This baggage transfer service is offered at an additional cost.
